3D CAD Design

Nothing can be created before having the concept drawn first. Let us help you visualize your creation in a virtual 3 dimensional space before spending your time and money on materials and production.
Before considering a 3D model, a concept or sketch must be created.

We offer one-on-one sessions to sketch your design. Getting your ideas on paper is the first step to making your concept a reality.
Once a concept is on paper, it can begin to take shape. We offer 3D visualization of your concept. Give a lasting impression by being able to show someone a model of your design that can be viewed from any angle. These designs can also be used directly to create your design through 3D printing or other means.

3D Printing

3D printing has become readily available in today's world. However, it still isn't as easy as click and print.

Let our 3D printing experts provide you with the opportunity to utilize this fast-growing technology to its fullest potential.
We can print your ideas in several colors of ABS plastic!
  • Max dimensions: 20cm x 20cm x 20cm
  • Highest resolution: 0.4mm x 0.1mm
  • We charge $2.00 per meter of filament used.
  • Finishing the prints yourself is the most budget friendly way to go.
  • Most prints do not require any finishing and look great as is.
Basic finish: $5.00 per item

This service will remove any supports needed during printing and will remove most of the rough edges.

Gloss finish: $15.00 per item

Taking the basic finish one step further by giving your print a smooth glossy appearance. This procedure also strengthens the ABS material bond.

Electronic Circuit Design

Our Electrical Engineers are capable of designing both the schematics and board layouts for your custom technology.

By using simulations and PCB CAD tools, we can test and see the concept before production.
The magic in electronics starts here. By designing the schematics, we can run the concept in simulation to give us a good idea of what to expect.

Once the schematic design is complete, we can easily move on to board layout.
Before we can create an electronics prototype, we first design the layout. This is an art that can be designed to fit your custom technology. Once this has been done, it is ready for production.

Electronics Prototyping

Let us build your electronics. We can create circuit prototypes in several different ways:
  • Breadboards
  • Temporary and traditional etching
  • Using through-hole and surface-mount components
Breadboards are used to create prototypes of simple circuits with through-hole components. These prototypes are larger and less expensive than etching.

We take care in making neat breadboard circuits that will last and are great for showing off.
For smaller and more complicated circuits, etching is the way to go. These circuits can be made with through-hole or surface-mount components. We prefer to use surface mount components as they are smaller and don't require any drilling.
A temporary etch is achieved using a conductive ink and on card-stock or photo-paper. These circuits are fragile but are less expensive than traditional etching.
Traditional etching allows for production quality technology that lasts long, looks amazing, and can be very complex.

Software Development

Technology is often incomplete without some sort of software. We are able to develop custom software for your tech, allowing you to easily modify its behavior as more ideas come to life.
We are able to program a variety of embedded controllers to add flexibility and precise control of your tech.

We have the tools to program popular controllers such as:
  • Arduino
  • TI MSP430
  • TI Cortex M
We offer a variety of options to communicate with your technology:
  • Android App (Working on supporting IOs)
  • Web interface
  • GUI (Graphical User Interface)
  • CLI (Command Line Interface) for any platform using python or ruby
